The first Old Bakers Court Residents meeting will be held in the Ramada Hotel, Shaw’s Bridge, Belfast on Tuesday 25 November 2003 at 7pm.

The meeting is open to all residents and property owners at Old Bakers Court and will provide a good opportunity to disucss any issues that have come to light since the first residents moved into Old Bakers Court in August. 

Also there a number of planned initiatives that will impact on residents and owners in the future and this is your chance to have your say on these proposals. In particular the meeting will discuss the development of the gym facility at Old Bakers Court, which, subject to planning, will be available from August 2004.

The current plans for the gym will be presented at the meeting and we will welcome your feedback on these plans to ensure that, as far as possible, the facility meets your needs. By receiving comments at this stage we can ensure the gym will be an asset to the development and that it will be well used by you once it is opened.
